Ray Peters owner, broker and certified general appraiser was the long time barber in Smithville. In 1983, barber realty, inc. was established. This was also the same year that Smithville's famously known the Barn Restaurant opened. Since 1994, Ray has extensively done appraisal work.
Ray has had 30+ years of experience in the real estate and appraising business. In this period of time, countless hours of education have been devoted to this field.
